This is a way to live with and meet other Spanish people or people from different countries. If independence is an important requirement for you, if you are a young adult, if you are coming with friends or if your study abroad in Alicante will be long, this kind of student accommodation could be the appropriate option.

This type of accommodation has the advantage that you live with others, to practice the language and at the same time enjoy more freedom.

 

Shared flat accommodation description

1. Avaiable all year round.
2. Minimum stay 1 week.
3. Only accommodation, without meals.
4. Single room. If you are two people and you want to share the room, please contact us specifiying if you want twin or doble room.
5. Students have their own room and share the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom. The flats have a washing machine, fridge and television. Some of them have Internet access.
6. Arrival on Sunday before the Spanish course starting date and departure on Saturday after the Spanish course last day. Please, contact us if you want to arrive earlier or to rest more days to check availability.
7. The owner provides the bed linen, but you must bring your own towels.
8. A deposit of 150 Euro is required. Any costs for repairs are deducted from the deposit on the last day of your stay. The owner or the flatmates then informs ZADOR to refund the deposit in full or to deduct the costs of any damages.
9. The majority of the student flats are in the centre of Alicante, near Zador school. The maximum distance from the flat to the school is 40 minutes walk or 10-15 minutes by bus although the average distance is 10 minutes walk.
10. You can use the washing machine once a week. Those who wish to use it more often, must have to agree with the other housemates and may have to pay a fee. Before using electrical appliances please, check how they work.
11. You can arrange with housemates to do the cleaning, shopping and food.
12. You will receive a key.
13. A week before your arrival you will be sent all the information related to the flat you will live in. If a student wants to know the address in advance, please contact us.
    
    
    

Accommodation in shared flat in Alicante

The city of Alicante runs lengthwise along the coast, gradually moving inland, with neighbourhoods such as San Blas and San Blas Alto or the Altozano quarter to the West; the Benalúa or Babel quarters to the South, or the San Antón and Carolinas quarters to the North, among others. Thus, the city forms a kind of semicircle facing the sea.

The apartments are conveniently located at a maximum distance of 20-30 minutes walking to the school and 10 minutes by bus.

f you do not like walking, all the quarters of the city are connected to the center by urban buses or the tram running every 10-15 minutes.

High season and low season in Alicante

As you already know, all the cities and villages of the Spanish Mediterranean coast receive visitors from many different Spanish and European cities, especially during the festivities and the summer.

That is why shared flat prices change depending on the season in which you come. There may be different prices for High or Low Season.

In general, the High Season includes the months of June, July, August and September, in addition to the Easter and Carnival holidays.
