Staying in an apartment allows you to live your own way

You can share an apartment with your family or your friends and have total independence.

The apartments we offer are located in the Alicante city centre, in the historic district and the busiest shopping area of the city. They are located 5-10 minutes walk from the Spanish school.

You can choose among:

a studio for 1 person,
a studio for 2 people,
an apartment for 3/4 people

 

Apartment accommodation description:

1. Available throughout the year.
2. You can reserve an apartment at any time and the minimum stay is 1 week.
3. You can arrive any day, however the arrival day is subject to availability because the apartments are generally occupied by weeks or fortnights.
4. Only accommodation, without meals.
5. All studios and apartments have a kitchen with basic kitchen utensils, a bathroom, a washing machine, television and air conditioning.
6. Some apartments have Internet access.
7. In all apartments, bed linen and towels are provided but you must bring beach towels.
8. Water and electricity with a normal consumption —the student and the person(s) responsible(s) of the apartment should discuss together what is considered normal consumption— and a weekly cleaning service of the apartment is included in the price.
9. A deposit of 150 Euro is required. Any costs for repairs are deducted from the deposit on the last day of your stay. The owner informs ZADOR to refund the deposit in full or to deduct the costs of any damages.
10. Most apartments are in the centre of Alicante, near theZador school. The distance to the school is about 5-10 minutes walk and 10-15 minutes to get to the beach.
11. If you have any doubts using electrical appliances, please check with the owner (a telephone number will be given).
12. You will receive a key.
13. A week before your arrival you will be sent all the information related to the flat you will live in. If a student wants to know the address in advance, please contact us.
    
    
    

Apartment accommodation in Alicante

The city of Alicante runs lengthwise along the coast, gradually moving inland, with neighbourhoods such as San Blas and San Blas Alto or the Altozano quarter to the West; the Benalúa or Babel quarters to the South, or the San Antón and Carolinas quarters to the North, among others. Thus, the city forms a kind of semicircle facing the sea.

The apartments are conveniently located in the historic district of Alicante.

High season and low season in Alicante

As you already know, all the cities and villages of the Spanish Mediterranean coast receive visitors from many different Spanish and European cities, especially during the festivities and the summer.

That is why apartment prices change depending on the season in which you come. There may be different prices for High or Low Season.

In general, the High Season includes the months of June, July, August and September, in addition to the Easter and Carnival holidays.
