You can be lodged in this residence during the summer months (Junes, July and August). For stays during the rest of the year, please contact us before, to see if there are available rooms .

The residence offers only housing, but all apartments have a kitchen; then, you can prepare your own food.

During the school year (September to June), the University canteen near the residence offers menus for very cheap prices.

Residential accommodation description:

1. This residence is only available for the summer months (July, August, September). For long term stays from October to June, check with us beforehand for availability.
2. Only accommodation.
3. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with furniture and appliances, bathroom, heating and Internet connection. The rooms have a bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers, chairs. The residence also provides linen and towels.
4. There is a telephone in the apartment where you can receive calls. If you want to call, you must leave a deposit at the residence reception. The deposit amount depends on how many calls you want to make.
5. In all apartments, bed linen and towels are provided but you must bring towels for swimming or sports.
6. Electricity and water consumption —normal consumption— expenses are included in the price.
7. You must leave a deposit of 150 Euros to the Spanish school. The last day of your stay, residence staff controls if the apartment is in the state of origin. If the apartment is dirty or if something is broken or not working due to misuse, residence deducted the corresponding amount from the deposit. Residence shall inform ZADOR, and ZADOR reimburse you the money remaining after deduction.
8. The distance to the Spanish school is about 20 minutes walk away and 10-15 minutes by public transport.
9. If you have any doubts before using electrical appliances, please, ask at the reception of the residence.
10. You will receive a key. There is no night time to go to the residence.

Near the university area, close to the gardens of Maurice Ravel and where you can reach the center by foot or public transport.

Vending machines for food and beverages.
The cleaning of the room and the kitchen is under the responsibility of the students. If you prefer, you can contract, optionally, weekly cleaning service.
Loan service: iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaners and laptops.
