Staying in an apartment allows you to live your own way in Vitoria

You can share an apartment with your family or your friends and have total independence.

Apartments are located in a residential area, 35-minute walk from the old town and the Spanish school. It is a modern complex of apartments and they are excellent public transport connexions.

You can choose among:

Studio for 1 person,
Studio for 2 people,
Apartment for 3 people,
Apartment for 4 people.

 

Apartment accommodation description:

1. Available throughout the year.
2. You can reserve an apartment at any time and the minimum stay is 1 week.
3. You can arrive any day, however the arrival day is subject to availability because the apartments are generally occupied by weeks or fortnights.
4. Only accommodation, without meals.
5. All studios and apartments have a kitchen with basic cooking utensils, microwave, washing machine, fridge, TV, bathroom and air conditioning. You can choose whether you want a room with two beds or a bed matrimonial only.
6. Apartments have free internet access (ADSL cable).
7. In all apartments, bed linen and towels are provided but you must bring beach towels.
8. Water and electricity and a weekly cleaning service of the apartment is included in the price.
9. A deposit of 150 Euro is required. Any costs for repairs are deducted from the deposit on the last day of your stay. The owner informs ZADOR to refund the deposit in full or to deduct the costs of any damages.
10. The distance to the Spanish school is about 40 minutes walk away and 10-15 minutes by tram.
11. If you have any doubts before using electrical appliances, please, check at the reception desk.
12. You will receive a key.

Apartment accommodation in Vitoria

A modern complex with a singular three-storey flat block set in lovely gardens. With its design interior decoration that reflects the modernity of the area, it provides a number of spaces inviting you to enjoy your stay in very cosy atmospheres.

Roomy and comfortable, the apartments are fully equipped. They provide the services a hotel offers, but with the advantage of the space and independence a normal house provides.

APARTMENTS WITH ONE OR TWO BEDROOMS, from 40 to 55 m2: Occupancy from one to five persons, the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, microwave,oven, cook top and basical dishes, one or two bedrooms with two single beds or a queen bed, double couch sofa , hall, large windows some with balcony.

And also, free, on request and depending on availability: Nesspreso type, Italian coffee maker, electric mixer, iron and ironing board, toaster, baby cots
