If you go up to the top of the hill of the Santa Barbara Castle, you will discover an unforgettable panoramic view of the most important monuments in Alicante: the church of Santa Maria, the Cathedral, the Town Hall façade, the monastery of Santa Faz, the San Fernando Castle and much more. Seeing all these magnificent monuments from above will invite you to go down the hill and walk along them.
Along the streets, you will come across large and small palaces, as well as traditionally painted white, yellow and pink houses. Everything is illuminated by the blue light of the Mediterranean Sea and encourages you to continue walking around and discovering places walking to the sea port and the promenade along the El Postiguet beach.

Spanish course
Tennis school in Alicante
5 hours of tennis lessons for adults per week in a specialized tennis school: 1 hour per day from Monday to Friday during the afternoon in a tennis club with a long history, with modern facilities and specialised tennis teachers.
The Sport and Tennis Club was founded in 1931 and completely renovated in 2010.
Tennis school, tennis school director and tennis trainers have received numerous awards by the Professional Spanish Tennis Association, being several times selected as the best tennis school in Spain.
The tennis club is located near Alicante and is accessible by tram which stops right outside the entrance to the tennis club.

In addition to the Spanish and tennis lessons, we offer two cultural visits per week to Alicante Castle, the Cathedral of Santa Maria, museums, archaeological sites, and a lunch or tapas dinner per week, with a Spanish teacher.
Other activities for your stay in Alicante:
Excursions: Valencia and the city of Arts, Elche with the largest palm forest in Europe, Guadalest, Gata de Gorgos... The town of Orihuela, the Canelobre Caves, the Route of the Castles with amazing fortresses, such as the Atalaya (watchtower) in Villena, a visit to the city of Murcia and its impressive cathedral, Altea or Calpe... are some of the places awaiting your visit.
Taste typical Mediterranean cuisine: Fish and seafood from the bay, with vegetables and fruits from the orchards, accompanied by the inland wines, make up the main part of a healthy and natural cuisine, whose basic ingredient is the rice. All these flavours of sea and land are mixed together in the delicious rice “a la alicantina”, the black rice or ... you can try more than 100 types of paella.
Practice other sports: You will find a variety of sport activities in Alicante. From “traditional” sports such as swimming, canoeing, horseback riding, diving or windsurfing, to the most “exciting” extreme sports.

Finally, if you do not have insurance, we offer you the possibility of getting one through the Spanish school, because, as you probably know, it is imperative to have a health, accident and civil liability insurance for your stay in Spain.

SUNDAY: Arrival in Alicante. Transfer from the Alicante airport, bus or train station to the accommodation on request. Guided orientation visit in Alicante and welcome tapas dinner depending on the arrival time.
MONDAY: Morning Spanish classes. Tennis lesson in the afternoon. Walking guided visit to Alicante city centre or to Santa Barbara Castle, one of the Europe’s biggest medieval fortresses located on the peak and hillside of the Benacantil Mountain, so, from its privileged position, you can see the entire Bay of Alicante.
TUESDAY: Morning Spanish classes. Tennis lesson in the afternoon. Free afternoon to go to the beach in Alicante, Albufereta or San Juan or shopping or... You will receive information about activities in Alicante.
WEDNESDAY: Morning Spanish classes. Tennis lesson in the afternoon. Boat Excursion to Tabarca island or visit to a Museum.
THURSDAY : Morning Spanish classes. Tennis lesson in the afternoon. Free afternoon.
FRIDAY : Morning Spanish classes. Tennis lesson in the afternoon. Guided visit to Alicante Cathedral, the Bonfire Museum and Tapas diner with a Spanish teacher.
