Registration terms

Booking procedure
If there is more than one participant, please complete one form for each.
Please check that you have completed all the items with * -otherwise, it is impossible to submit the form. Within two working days you will receive an email with the camp price including all the services requested and instructions to make the payment. You can either pay a deposit or the payment in full. The registration is not valid until we receive the payment in full. Participants will be placed according to the order of receiving registration forms and payments.
For the bank transfer, please include the registration code and participant's name, and please send a copy of receipt by fax or email. Once the enrollment form and a copy of the receipt have been received, we will send a confirmation emai with the documents to be completed and returned before camp: a Health Statement and Parental Permission Form. The Camp rules and a link to fill a special form for campers regarding arrival and departure times will also be provided. T

Accommodation
Students with arranged accommodation should arrive the camp starting on Sunday between 16:00 and 20:00 and leave on Saturday morning between 9:00 and 12:00.
For early arrivals for participants coming with their family, they can go to the apartments from 12:00 to leave their luggage and return for dinner at 20:30.
We must be informed of arrival and pick-up times. Students must follow the rules in the accommodation and maintain the room clean and tidy.
Airport pick-up and drop-off optional service
Student with transfer contracted should send the flight information at least 2 weeks prior to arrival filling a specific form for transfer service: Transfer service form
Student should inform ZADOR using the Emergency Phone in case of any delay.
Payments
In all cases, the exact amount of the invoice must arrive at ZADOR. Payments must be in Euros.

Visa
For Visa application, we will provide a document proving the registration at the camp, and the accommodation booked once we have received the payments.
To prepare the documents we would need the following details about the student: complete name, complete address, a copy of the passport (by email or fax), date of birth, name of the father, name of the mother, a passport-sized photo. -
Visa support fee:
Free for Normal letter,
€30 for certified letter, €100 for Express letter to USA and Europe and €130 for Express letter to South America, Asia, Africa and Oceania.
ZADOR is not responsible for rejected VISA.

Discipline
Any serious violation of the Basketball Camp rules, failure to comply with rules of good behaviour, or damage caused to facilities, equipment and personal property shall entail the immediate expulsion from the Camp as well as compensation for damages.
- Consume of drugs or alcohol shall entail the immediate expulsion from the Camp.
Cancellations
Once enrolled, there are no refunds.
We recommend taking out a cancellation policy.
If you have to cancel before the due date, for any reason, we will issue a camp voucher for all camp fees paid except the registration fee.
This voucher is valid for the camp in the following year, and is only transferable to an immediate family member.
Refunds will only be given with the purchase of a Cancellation Policy.
If a participant decides to travel during the period of the reservation and he/she does not attend some lessons or training sessions, no refund will be given.
After the camp has started, no refund shall be given in cases of the camper withdrawing for family, personal or disciplinary reasons before the end of the camp.
If the programme is cancelled by ZADOR, the full amount received will be refunded.
Any complain about the program should be made during the program period to our staff. In the case of a legal action, participant and Zador will be subject to the Spanish court in Álava. Any other court system will be renounced.
Some notes
ZADOR will not accept any liability for injury, theft or damage caused by students to persons or properties during the stay.
Participants agree to assume all the risk and responsibilities surrounding the participation in the Programme and release and exonerate Zador, their officers and employees from and against any present or future claim, loss, or liability for injury to person or property which students may suffer.
If the student decides to travel during the booked period and he/she does not attend the lessons, no refund will be made.
Participant, unless specified otherwise, authorises Zador to use the possible photographic or video material in which s/he may appear for exclusive advertising use by ZADOR.

ENROLMENT PROCESS FOR SUMMER CAMPS FOR KIDS IN ALICANTE, SPAIN
1 If there is more than one participant, please complete one form for each.

After submitting the form, the website becomes blank and a message will appear at the top of the screen beginning with: "We have already received your registration..." indicating that the information has been saved in our database.
2 In two business days, you will receive an email with the price including all the services chosen by you and the information to make the payment.
3 The registration is not valid until we receive the payments. The assignment of the places will be carried out according to the order of reception of the registration forms and the payments. For the reservation to be effective, payment must be made within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of our mail.
4 Once the enrollment form and a copy of the receipt have been received, we will send a confirmation email with the documents to be completed and returned before camp: Health Statement & Medical Waiver and Parental Permission Form. The Camp Rules and a link to complete a special form for campers regarding arrival and departure times will also be provided.
5 No later than 3 weeks before the summer camp starting date, we must receive signed the parental Permission Form, the General Conditions, a health certificate and a photo of the kid. These documents may be downloaded by clicking the links below.
6 If you have contracted transfer service, no later than 2 weeks before arrival you must complete the transfer request form:
